Welcome to Good Omen Distiller
Where every bottle captures the beauty and soul of Ecuador and the Andes.
Born from a legacy of family, tradition, and the artistry of fine distilling, our spirits embody understated elegance with every sip.

Born from the Ecuadorian Andes. Handcrafted with Care.
Our collection of spirits tells a story of craftsmanship and care, rooted in the highlands of the Andes. We work closely with local farmers who share our dedication to sustainable practices, sourcing the finest grains and potatoes grown in rich Andean soil.
The purity of our spirits lies not only in the ingredients but in the water itself. Drawn from pristine mountain aquifers, our water flows through ancient canals nurtured by our community. This pure Andean water imparts a distinct character that enhances each spirit’s complexity and depth, a taste that is as authentic as our heritage.

Our Story
Where the Spirits of Family, Tradition, and the Andes Converge.
Good Omen Distillers is a high-altitude distillery nestled in La Asunción, Bolívar, Ecuador, founded by brothers Alberto and Alvaro Mancero. Inspired by their grandparents’ legacy and the rich culture of the Andes, the distillery embodies the spirit of family, tradition, and music. Its name, “Good Omen,” reflects a cherished family memory of community gatherings, where the sight of their grandfather’s accordion signaled a night of joy and togetherness.
Built on the family’s property at an impressive 8,693 feet, Good Omen Distillers crafts premium spirits with locally sourced ingredients, capturing the essence of understated elegance—where simplicity meets refinement, honoring heritage with subtle luxury. Each bottle reflects a commitment to the family’s legacy, bringing hope and growth to the town of La Asunción, contributing to local development while inviting visitors to experience the warmth and culture of Ecuador and the Andes.
Our values. Our mission. Our promise.
